Hi, I’m Tali—and like many moms, I didn’t grow up in the kind of home I dreamed of creating. My parents did their best, but I always imagined something closer, more trusting, more joyful. So when I became a mom, I was determined to build a home where love, respect, and emotional safety were the norm. I’ve spent over two decades as a full-time, homeschooling mom to four kids, learning through trial and error—losing my temper, making repairs, and growing alongside my children.
Through years of moving across the country, I had the unique chance to observe families from all walks of life. I watched what created closeness and what quietly pulled families apart. And now, with the gift of hindsight, I can see the long arc—what worked, what didn’t, and why.
What I’ve learned is this: change doesn’t come from doing everything perfectly—it comes from making small, intentional shifts, over and over again.
